Whether you get family and friends together for a team challenge, or take on the run, swim and cycle yourself, you can be sure of camaraderie, a super shiny medal, and lots of magical sporting memories at the Superhero Tri!

Sprint: Swim 150m, Bike 3k, Push/run 1k
Half: Swim 400m, Bike 10K, Push/run 2.5k
Full: Swim 750m, Bike 20k, Push/run 5k

Rays of Sunshine is delighted to be taking part in the Superhero Tri powered by Marvel 2024!
Fundraising target: £250
Set in the scenic surroundings of Dorney Lake, Windsor, the Superhero Tri is a unique triathlon experience where our everyday superheroes get to dress up and complete the ultimate fun-filled challenge.
There are three distances to choose from and many ways to take part in these exciting and inclusive tri challenges.
You can fly solo and take on all three stages (a swim, cycle, and push/run), share the fun in a team relay, or Superheroes can recruit Sidekick teammates to tow, push, and pull them around the entire course!
Plus, when you take part on behalf of Rays of Sunshine, you’ll be fundraising for a fantastic cause, helping us grant more magical wishes to seriously ill children.
