Her Majesty The Queen

It is with great sadness that we acknowledge the passing of Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II. We join the nation in mourning and extend our heartfelt condolences to King Charles III and the Royal family in their grief.

As we reflect on Her Majesty’s life and tireless dedication to the service of others, we consider her legacy, defined as it was by the simple message of duty and commitment, and feel honoured to have had our own work recognised as recipients of the Queen’s Award for Voluntary Service in 2018. She remains an inspiration to us all.

During this period of national mourning, we will be temporarily stepping back from our usual online activities in order to allow space for expressions of sorrow from across the nation, but please rest assured our work to support our wish families continues and we are still here for you.
