Rays of Sunshine launch ‘12 days of Wishmas’ 2024 – with more chances than ever for families to get involved at festive events across the UK

Rays of Sunshine is delighted to announce that tickets are now available for wish families to join in the festive fun at 12 spectacular events (including a huge Christmas party!) both in-person and online.  

There’s something for everyone with Rays of Sunshine’s magic events in Brighton, Manchester, Leeds, London, Wokingham, Kent and Essex – plus several online events you can join from anywhere. We have brand new events this year including accessible skiing! 

Our Wish Community events, like 12 Days of Wishmas, are designed for children and young people who have received a wish from Rays of Sunshine, and their families. From the moment the wish is granted, families become part of this community, and are invited to join in any of the events which take place throughout the year – across the UK. 

We offer a ‘relaxed’, fully accessible environment during our events so children and young people can feel free to be themselves whilst not being overwhelmed and share valuable time with others in a setting which aims to boost their confidence. 

As with all events for our Wish Community, 12 Days of Wishmas event tickets are available to book completely free of charge.  

Rays of Sunshine aims to provide something for everyone. The events this year include: private film screenings of the new film ‘Wicked’, a VIP evening at Clacton Pier, accessible ice skating and skiing, online animal encounters, magic shows, bingo and more.  

The fun will be topped off by our annual Rays of Sunshine Christmas Party, which this year will be hosted at Kingswood Arts, a 19th-century Kingswood House, a former mansion once owned by the inventor of Bovril!
