In July 2021 Rays of Sunshine launched what would become a very special partnership with Smyths Toys. In this time Smyths Toys have donated £250,000 to help Rays of Sunshine grant magical wishes for seriously ill children.  

 

 

Highlights of our partnership

Smyth Toys have been very generous in donating toys and other items to make our wishes even more special.

These gift in kind donations range from smaller items such as a Shrek themed Toniebox for Shrek mega-fans to add on to an amazing Shrek Party, to donating larger items such as a brand new Xbox Series X.

Our Wish Families are invited to enjoy lots of Smyths Toys amazing events.

These include Frozen parties, Playdoh demos, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle Pizza Trucks and so many more. In addition, our families are given a voucher which they can spend in store to make their experience even more magical.

They have also hosted exclusive shopping sprees for a number of our children.

They open early on Sunday morning to ensure the families had the whole store to themselves. Smyths Toys also provided in store vouchers to make the experience feel even more special
