Listen to Rainbow
The Sunshine Choir were invited to Universal Music Group in London to record the single, alongside musician and producer Silvastone, who also helped to write the track in a creative music production workshop with the choir.
The lyrics reflect the group’s lived experiences with their illnesses and encourages listeners to find their own inner strength. Lyrics include, “I’m a champion // I stand tall // There is nothing that can make me small”, and “Today I’m brave // Strong // Happy and bright // And you can’t stop me // You can’t dim my light”.
The Sunshine Choir is a growing community of wish children aged 6-18 who meet online monthly to learn new songs, grow their confidence, and make friends. They also have the chance to perform at special events with Rays of Sunshine.
Two online sessions will take place each month, where we will learn your favorite songs, play games and make new friends. There is also the potential for exciting in-person events!
