Wish children Nicholas & Rian crowned winners of Christmas card design competition in partnership with The Fragrance Shop

Rays of Sunshine is delighted to announce the winners of our Christmas card design competition held in partnership with our wonderful longstanding partner The Fragrance Shop.

We can now reveal wish children Nicholas (12) and Rian (12) are the budding artists who will have their work turned into greeting cards that will be sold in The Fragrance Shop stores nationwide.

We are so grateful to every entrant to our competition, and you can browse and celebrate all of their creativity in the carousel at the top of this page.

The winners

Rian and Nicholas’s artwork have been made into cards which will be sold online. Proceeds from the cards will go to Rays of Sunshine, helping the charity grant even more magical wishes to seriously ill children in the UK.

On top of this, each of the children was welcomed to their local The Fragrance Shop, where they had an exclusive instore experience and collected a special goodie bag.

Talking about his win, Rian said: “Everybody was so nice and I had so much fun. The best bit was being able to make my own fragrances.”

Since our partnership began, The Fragrance Shop has been a tremendous supporter of Rays of Sunshine, helping us to brighten the lives of seriously ill children and their families across the UK.

From fundraising events to in-store promotions, The Fragrance Shop has shown an unwavering commitment to our mission. Their dedication has allowed us to grant even more magical wishes, such as our recent 9,000th wish and create precious memories for children facing life-limiting or life-threatening illnesses.

Now, as the holiday season approaches, the company is helping Nicholas and Rian to share their art with a huge audience!
