Peartree Spring Primary School students walked an amazing 813 miles in a sponsored fundraiser inspired by their classmate, 11-year-old Zaydan.
We granted Zaydan’s wish for a Nintendo Switch in 2023 – bringing him joy and distraction during cancer treatment. After a relapse, Zaydan set his sights on giving back, rallying the whole school to support Rays of Sunshine.
Led by the Year 6 class and supported by all students, the school raised more than £1,800, smashing their target!
