We granted amazing wishes for Macie & William, two 16-year-old Gordon Ramsay superfans.
After each going through so much with their illnesses, getting to meet their hero at the opening of his brand new restaurant, Hell's Kitchen at the Cumberland Hotel in London, was a dream come true.
16-year-old Macie is a huge Gordon Ramsay fan, and she and her family never miss one of his shows.
The pair chatted for ages about cooking, his career, and Christine Ha, the blind chef who won Gordon's MasterChef US competition. Macie, who lost her sight because of a brain tumour, was so inspired.
She also had plenty of questions for Gordon, including finding out what his top picks for breakfast, lunch and dinner would be.
Macie's wish was a chance to put her illness to one side, spend time with one of her biggest heroes, and create happy memories that will last a lifetime.
16-year-old William has two dreams: of earning a Michelin Star and working with Gordon Ramsay - and his wish brought him one step closer to both.
When William met Gordon, the pair chatted about food and careers, and William even shared the cookbook he wrote himself with his hero. Gordon was impressed by his creativity, passion and ambition.
Born with a heart condition, William has spent much of his life in hospital, but his love of cooking has never faded.
And now with the backing of his favourite chef, his dream is closer than ever.
