Supercar Customiser to help grant magical wishes for seriously ill children

Yianni Charalambous, supercar customiser to the stars, owner of Yiannimize and star of TV show ‘Yianni: Supercar Customiser’,  has been announced as an ambassador for Rays of Sunshine.

Yianni has been a long-time supporter of Rays of Sunshine, helping to grant some of the charity’s most iconic wishes, including turning a Lamborghini bright pink for Emelia’s wish in 2013,  organising a once-in-a-lifetime work experience day at his Yiannimize garage for Kayden, and most recently, helping make Dion’s wish to ride in a helicopter with Batman even more special by organising a supercar Batmobile to pick him up from hospital.

As an ambassador, Yianni will fulfil wishes, attend Rays of Sunshine events and help generate awareness by supporting the charity’s campaigns.

Yianni, said:

“It’s an absolute honour to be asked to become an ambassador for Rays of Sunshine. The charity has had a special place in my heart since I helped grant a wish for a little girl called Emelia who wanted to ride in a pink Lamborghini. I look forward to working with them to continue helping to brighten the lives of seriously ill children.”

Jane Sharpe, CEO of Rays of Sunshine, added:

“We are thrilled to announce Yianni as our ambassador.  Yianni has always been an amazing supporter of Rays of Sunshine, helping us to grant some of our most iconic wishes, so we’re delighted to welcome him to the Rays of Sunshine family. We’re excited to work with him bring sunshine to more brave and deserving children across the UK.”
